My Audi A3 hybrid had a major gearbox malfunction. After being let down by another company, Beds Automatic Transmissions stepped in. They picked up the car themselves and were only not able to repair my gearbox but they also managed to get the hybrid battery working again after over 2 months of being completely discharged.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. They said they would attempt to repair the gearbox (which Audi wanted to replace in total) which they did with great efficiency. Nino, the owner, was also kind enough to write a repair report for me.

Nino came highly recommended from a previous mechanic who promised he'd take good care of me - I'm clueless on cars. But that he did - not only is my car now driving smoothly as on Day 1 but the pricing (and warranty) was as best as could be imagined for a transmission issue as noisy as mine was. Not only was Nino and the staff simply lovely, you can tell the quality and pride someone takes in their work by the state of the place - organised, (dare I even say) very clean, professional. Thanks guys! I would definitely recommend your business to anyone.

Took my BMW X5 to the team at Beds Automotive Transmissions because my automatic gearbox was slipping and making a slight noise on Saturday 28th March for a full gearbox service, on arrival k was greeted by one of the workshop lads who was polite and very professional, I was then pointed in the direction of the business owner Nino. I asked what was involved in the service he was more than happy to explain the full process and gave his time to run this by me even showing a 8 speed gearbox to similar to mine so I could see the internal workings of all. The service from start to finish was great the workshop lads were friendly. I left the garage after the service and it was like driving a new car, no slipping gears and no noises from the gearbox. I would highly recommend this company for any gearbox issues or concerns, if in doubt speak with Nino who will be more than happy to help or explain what is required. Top guys.

Having an issue with an automatic gearbox is never fun or cheap - but appreciate the craft and complexity of doing the job properly. You can tell Nino knows his stuff, is a really pleasant and kind guy to converse with. After testing my car out for 2 weeks post repair, my Audi Q7 actually drives smoother than it did before. I really hope I never have to visit his shop again, but know a place i can return to if i am unlucky enough or even for a natter.
